I’m Dr. Jyoti Kathait (BNYS) And a Certified yoga teacher I am passionate Naturopathy and Yoga doctor committed to holistic healing with empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence. My core belief is to treat the root cause of disease not just the symptoms by integrating the science of naturopathy, Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, and mind-body medicine.I’ve trained at esteemed wellness institutions like Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar and Nirvana Naturopathy & Retreat, where I received hands-on experience in:• Ozone Therapy & Ozone Cosmetology• Classical Naturopathy Treatments (mud therapy, hydrotherapy, massage, sauna, enema, colon hydrotherapy, etc.)• Therapeutic Yoga & Meditation• Ayurvedic Procedures• Therapeutic Diet Planning & Detox Nutrition• OPD Consultations & Body Type (Prakriti) AssessmentI specialize in designing personalized treatment protocols that are aligned with each patient’s body type, health goals, and lifestyle. From chronic conditions like PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, and digestive issues to mental health challenges like stress, anxiety, and insomnia I use a holistic and evidence-based approach for long-term wellness.I also completed my clinical internship at a reputed allopathic hospital, where I gained practical exposure to modern diagnostics, minor surgeries, emergency care, and integrative treatment planning. This helps me blend naturopathy with clinical insight for comprehensive patient care.Since my academic years, I’ve been working as a freelance therapeutic yoga trainer through platforms like Superprof, helping clients across various age groups improve their health through customized yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle modifications.I’m also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certified by Yoga Alliance (USA).Healing, for me, is not just a profession it is a purpose. I strive to deliver care with professionalism, empathy, and a deep sense of responsibility toward every life I touch.
