Experienced teacher, trainer, and public speaker with communication, leadership, mental resiliency, and networking expertise. Dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven professional with a solid commitment to the academic growth of every student. An accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to develop inspiring content that cultivates success. Fourteen years of Army service as an Infantry soldier (3 deployments to the Middle East) and a Recruiter. Extensive experience in teaching, coaching, training, mentoring, and public speaking. An experienced minister who has held roles as Usher, Deacon, Youth, Men\'s Ministry, and Elder in multiple churches and denominations from CO to NC. I help organizations big and small maximize their leadership impact and have certifications in the John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer program and SHRM-CP. I recently completed my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, and my desire is to help develop the leader in you and empower you to have the most significant impact in your community.
