ABOUT JULIAN KAMHIEH-MILZ
My past research simultaneously focused on developing a diagnostic test or product for commercial purposes. This included the identification of stem cell expansion factors (growth media), generation of monoclonal antibodies, detection of novel autoantibodies in autoimmune disease, and optimising current diagnostic possibilities of various diseases and circumstances such as RhD incompatibility during pregnancy. Currently, we are developing an innovative non-invasive prenatal diagnostic test for the detection of Down syndrome and have obtained a variety of governmental funding.
