ABOUT JULIA MONSO
With qualifications as an Industrial and Electronics Engineer and a Doctor in Business Administration, my career has centered on the operations and technology that bring multibillion-dollar Public Private Partnership transportation projects to fruition. I believe is the most effective way for society to unlock a project\'s true value through private sector innovation.Over the course of more than thirty years, I have played a key role in delivering 39 large-scale projects across metropolitan areas in nine countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and Australia. Notably, I have contributed to 41% of all US P3 investments up to 2017 (exceeding $20 billion), including the development of express lane networks in Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Washington DC, and Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. My published work encompasses two books and numerous articles, complemented by regular lectures at transportation forums and graduate technology Programmes.Presently, I serve as Vice President at Cintra US, Chief Executive Officer of its technology division (CTS), and as a Board Member of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association. Based in Austin, TX, I reside with my wife and three children.
