I am a dedicated academician, empathic mental health professional, and a knowledge seeker and a researcher. I have experience in teaching at the undergraduate and post graduate level. Teaching gives me more confidence and energy to do better each passing day. I also practice psychotherapy and counseling. Helping my clients to improve their life is one of my major mottos. My research interest lies in areas of Positive Psychology, substance abuse, depression, etc. Apart from this I like travelling, trekking, writing, mandala art, and embroidery.
