Working in DST sponsored flagship project of National Importance “DST Solar Hub Phase II” with the following tasks:1. Team lead in establishment of facility for research on the lifetime testing of photovoltaic materials and modules and in design of lifetime testing protocols of photovoltaic materials and modules for Indian climatic conditions by utilizing the facility establishment. Team lead in carrying out regular research on photovoltaic module reliability testing 2. Drive and monitoring of equipment and consumables procurement process for creating international standard ‘Industry compatible’ state of the art lab facilities for fabrication and characterization of silicon solar photovoltaic cells and modules3. Team lead in carrying out regular job on procurement from starting to closure including coordinating with vendors, preparation of technical specifications and commercial terms and conditions, preparation of tender documents, arrangement of purchase committee meeting, checking compliance of technical specification and commercial terms and conditions etc.4. Coordinate with bank personnel for arranging the letter of credit payment for high value and foreign equipment and consumable. Team member to strategize the industry interactive research and collaborative activities and lead by innovation in the field of photovoltaic technology with the aim of transmission of the research/innovation output into the industrial domain rendering green energy affordable, competitive and reliable as an energy alternative.6. Team lead in getting NABL accreditation for the photovoltaic reliability testing lab7. Report to coordinator regarding project deliverable and expenditure status on regular basis.8. Making research strategies and guiding research scholars in photovoltaic balance-of-system and module reliability
