She is President & CEO of Morley & Associates, Inc, & J. Morley Productions, Inc, Served as Executive/Leadership Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) over 30 years, is an Equity First Organization (EFO), partners with the Strong Start to Finish (SStF) organization, promoting DEI for postsecondary & other educational institutions & organizations. Is featured on TV One\'s \"Fatal Attraction\" & Oxygen\'s \"Snapped\" TV shows. Engages in motivational/keynote speaking, training, individual//family/marriage/group psychotherapy, & business/organizational/educational consulting. Served as national keynote speaker for “Speaking of Women’s Health,” expert on Atlanta’s WXIA TV’s 11-Alive news & other news shows, was a member of the -Alive Emmy award-winning “Hot Car Death Trial” reporting team. Co-hosted a monthly relationship segment on Atlanta’s Kiss 104.1-FM as psychotherapist/relationship expert & Atlanta’s V-103 “Love & Relationship” radio show. Counseling, Family, & Worklife; Specialist Degree (EdS) Education Administration; Specialist Degree (EdS) Counselor Education; Master’s degree (MS) Counseling; Bachelor’s Degree (BS) Elementary Education/Psychology, as well as other trainings & certifications.Dr. Joyce was a public school K-12 & post-secondary educator. Was appointed by the Governor of Georgia to the DeKalb County School Board, served with a stellar record for 12 years after winning several successive political races.
