ABOUT JOY MOSERI-COOPER

Dr. Joy Moseri, DBA, MA, LPC, CACII, SAP, MAC, CCPS is the Chief Operating Officer of Newport Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. I have 15 years in healthcare facility management. As the Chief Operating Officer of a Behavioral Health facility, I am responsible for providing administrative, financial, programmatic and clinical oversight and support to the facility. Through a transparent accountability and decision-making model, the Behavioral Health services for Adult and Children & Adolescent teams at Newport Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, Inc develops and implements a strategic plan that results in a person-centered, recovery-oriented, family-centered, and culturally-relevant services that generates real-life outcomes.I began a counseling career in residential and outpatient behavioral health setting and have experience working with clients of all ages struggling with addiction and behavioral health disorders. I have been a clinical provider for 8 years and have expertise in addiction as a Certified Addiction Counselor-II, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and a Masters Addiction Counselor (MAC). In addition, I also work with clients with co-occurring behavioral health issues. I am a co-owner of a Private Home Care Agency called Royal Care Service, LLC servicing seven counties in the State of Georgia providing Skilled Nursing, Personal Care Services and Companionship for Pediatric and Adults. I own a Real Estate company called Zoya Realty, Inc. as a Sales Agent I work in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.
