VeCATS is a new company to assist Soldiers and Veterans transition into Corporate Canada with the right skills to be successful. VeCATS provides a 4 Step Process for our candidates, 1. Soft-Skills, 2. Hard Skills, 3. Internship, 4. Job Placement. Having completed a 5 year program in the IT Industry, our success rate was 98.4% after placing 231 interns into companies and all but 3 people were retained by the companies (1 went back to school, 1 moved to California, 1 we could not track). Taking this successful approach to assisting unemployed grads, VeCATS will use the 4 Step Program to ensure our Soldiers and Veterans are able to integrate into Corporate Canada with the right tools and understanding to become successful. Additionally, VeCATS has been partnering with many companies, who are excited to assist Soldiers/Veterans transition, by offering internships within their companies, and assigning mentors to guide them through the six month internship. This will ensure the skills acquired are used in the right manner and Soldiers/Veterans understand the Company\'s organizational structure/culture.
