As the first competitively selected Assistant Administrator for the National Integration Center under PKEMRA, I proactively identified and addressed response gaps, thereby enhancing FEMA\'s preparedness efforts while leading over 1,300 personnel and managing a budget of more than $480 million across five interconnected lines of business.Additionally, I have held key leadership roles in emergency management and continuity of operations, representing the U.S. Domestic Readiness Group and co-chairing the Enterprise Risk Management Council. Through these efforts, I significantly advanced our risk initiatives, elevating the Bureau\'s risk maturity level from 1 to an impressive 4 out of 5 on the maturity model scale.I earned the Certified Chief Risk Officer (CCRO) credential in 2024, highlighting my commitment to risk management.
