It is wonderful to be in a position to work alongside those who are passionate about education and to develop teaching methodologies linked to learning environments. This forward thinking, cutting edge work links people, pedagogy and place to create a unique environment where learners feel safe and confident, where they have the opportunities to be curious and creative. Putting the learner at the centre of the framework is the key. Character development, inclusion, diversity and building a strong sense of self within a community all support an individual to make progress. This sense of belonging and purpose is linked to the environment we all find ourselves in, and is one that can be designed and built in schools.
