Serving as the Director of a corporate foundation for over 15 years, she brings a unique perspective on the legacy of race, gender identity, privilege, and bias to the lens of the corporate world, merging the desired outcomes of business with the humanity of our workforce.Jill has spearheaded new DEI initiatives, such as developing ERG groups, establishing a North America DEI Network with local ambassadors, implementing the first DEI Conference for a global business, and rolling out a new educational micro-learning DEI program.Jill brings her experience in Organizational Development & Training, Corporate Communications and Philanthropy with her educational background in the arts, education, and doctorate in organizational psychology to deliver a unique and powerfully inspired culture. She has been a guest speaker on employee engagement at the Chicago chapter of SHRM, and a guest facilitator for a female leadership program at MacMurray College.Jill’s research in I/O Psychology focuses on retention strategies for women. She holds a Master’s in Education and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park University with a Bachelor in Fine Arts. She provides consultative services for personality inventory assessments and group teambuilders in interpersonal communication and is a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator and MHS EQ-i Emotional Intelligence practitioner, Lominger 360 coach, and Gallup trained Clifton Strengths coach. Jill is a certified Diversity Professional (CDP) by the Institute for Diversity Certification. She received the Kansas City InRoads Business Coordinator of the Year award for excellence with intern engagement.Jill enjoys volunteering with local not-for-profits, and served as a volunteer instructor at Alphapointe Association for the Blind for over 15 years.
