ABOUT JENS HEILING
After serving almost 10 years at EY in the Professional Practice Group in Stuttgart and more than 7 years in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services department, I am now Professor of Financial Reporting and Management Accounting at Duale Hochschule Baden-Wuerttemberg in Villingen-Schwenningen, which is close by to the Black Forrest.My research focus is on public sector accounting and sustainability reporting. From October 2011 to January 2013 I was seconded by EY to the IPSAS-Board as a Technical Manager and worked on a project on First-time adoption of accrual-basis IPSAS.
