Coming from operations I’m experienced in - lean production and operational excellence- reorganization of global networks in production, supply chain management and product development- organizational transformations. I’m familiar with the commercial vehicles and agricultural machines sectors. Based on sound analysis I’m able to create pragmatic and solution orientated concepts which I implement in a sustainable and agile way.
