As a dedicated instructor with over 12 years teaching experience, I know an instructor’s role is to create educational encounters to help students meet and exceed learning objectives. I am a well-respected, tech-savvy, results-focused educator with experience in best-practice strategies, methods, curriculum building, and techniques to address the academic needs of all learners receiving my instruction via face-to-face or virtual. Through interactive simulations, critical service learning, collaborations, hands-on experience, and research advocacy, I promote the progress of each of my students. I excel under pressure, smoothly navigating demanding, outcome-oriented, and dynamic work environments. I devote time and resources to each of my students, learning about their individual needs, so I can formulate my student’s learning in a way that will be most meaningful and effective. I am motivated by the ability to invest in the next generation of scholars by creating an equitable and inclusive learning environment where all students can discover knowledge.
