Our diverse team advises national and international companies in all areas of commercial law. My practice involves representing clients in and out of court in commercial and transport law disputes. A particular focus has been on railway law for many years. Furthermore, I advise creditors before and during the insolvency of a customer or business partner. I take over the negotiations with insolvency administrators and defend our clients in the event of contestation proceedings or ensure that transactions are safe from contestation beforehand.
