Enthusiastic and driven Geologist & Exploration Manager with over 18 years\' experience in the mining industry. My journey began with a doctorate focused on mineralisation in Mongolia, and I\'ve since led successful exploration programs across the globe, from the Walker Lane Belt in Nevada to orogenic gold and VMS projects in Scandinavia and the Middle East.Presently managing JV activities in KSA for HPPL. Until recently, at Great Western Mining, I was engaged in copper and gold exploration, leveraging my expertise in project management, target generation and team leadership. My notable previous achievements include technical leadership on CRL\'s Redmoor W-Sn-Cu program and introducing advanced geological GIS systems to a major exploration department to streamline work processes.I thrive on mentoring geological staff, running lean programmes, and collaborating with industry & academic partners to unlock mineral potential.
