Presently work closely with services teams, sales teams, and the Directors, as well as Implementation Fidelity and Consulting to understand market trends and the implications for service delivery in Literacy, Humanities, English Language Acquisition or Science, Mathematics, and STEM. Engage in Writing informal and formal proposals.• Work closely with Sales to support strategic plans for closing opportunities. This includes supporting customer conversations, updating and tracking lead generation, and developing professional development plans to drive Savvas programs\' digital implementation. • Partner with the Sales and Proposals teams to respond to RFPs and callbacks and prepare custom proposals for short- and long-term engagements. • Partner with Specialty VPs, PADL, and Implementation Fidelity team members to align Partnership Plus, Change of Practice, and other outcomes-based consulting services with product-specific professional development and the product roadmap. • Partner with Customer Education and Professional Learning Managers and Practice Area and Leadership Development team to review existing Partnership Plus, Change of Practices, and other consulting implementations and recommend modifications to SOWs or services development and Customer Blueprints/Implementation Plans. • Work with the CEPL team to identify demonstration training sites. These sites will be used to deepen the focus on implementation fidelity and driving outcomes.• Lead strategic consultations and coaching sessions with teams of Education Specialists to drive renewals. • Collaborate with services delivery managers and the PADL team to nurture and sustain a higher-quality consulting services team with an intensive focus on effectiveness through efficacy, content, and leadership coaching relationships.Previously, I held the following position in the company:Lead STEM Education ConsultantProgram Manager: STEM ImplementationEducation Consultant
