ABOUT JACQUELINE HALL
Jacqueline has joined Enginuity following successful apprenticeship design, and delivery at Energy and Utilities Independent Assessment service. Watch this space for new information about her new role. She has led their Trailblazer apprenticeship from initial development to full implementation of each new standard and new starts. Within her remit she is Head of Assessment for the Energy and Utilities Independent Assessment Service, developing a new innovative employer led framework to assess and assure high quality apprenticeships as well as the upskilling and reskilling of the industry talent pool. Recently she has written the Energy and Utility research report of the future of National Occupational Standards. She has worked at a senior strategic level within a UK plc, responsible for the Middle East and North Africa. In addition, she has worked on strategic recovery projects for both SMEs and public sector education institutions. She has been involved in European SME projects around e-learning and development within SMEs to improve business competitiveness and workforce competence. From 2006, she has undertaken expert evaluation within the EU Research Framework, Horizon 2020, Framework 7, ICT Policy Support Programme and Erasmus. Research interests currently lie within the field of action set learning and business competitiveness for SMEs. She has also worked as a senior manager within Further Education, with responsibility including all work based learning provision and has worked as an associate inspector for OFSTED.
