As an ophthalmic surgeon with a special focus on complex cataracts and oculoplasty, I’ve always believed that restoring sight is one of the most powerful acts of healing. I’m the Academics head of Drishti Netralaya, a super-specialty eye care center in Dibrugarh, Assam, and Raahi Netradham, Dehradun where we blend cutting-edge technology with deep-rooted compassion to serve patients from across the region. Currently working on building a world-class eye hospitals in Dibrugarh and Dehradun— combining research, genetic labs, advanced surgical training, and rural outreach — because quality eye care shouldn’t be limited by geography.
