ABOUT ISABEL VON KORFF

With a joyful learning mindset, I bridge (neuro)science and business while coaching (Solution Focused Brief Coaching), training, and mentoring conscious individuals and teams in organisations and universities to better thrive in their respective environment. I, myself, thrive in environments where I can combine my various educations and multiple interests and strategically integrate diverse sources, concepts, and disciplines to catalyse out of the box solutions. To me VUCA feels more like an invitation than a threat. Always being curious I graduated not only in molecular genetics but also with an Executive MBA from Kellogg/WHU. My fascination for innovation and life sciences technology shaped my first 15 years of profession while working in corporate and consulting. Being a volunteer mentor for many students and start-uppers in the last 15 years and scoring high on empathy and activation it just felt naturally to shift my profession and so I dedicated the last 6 years towards lecturing (business and biopsychology classes) and training (leadership programs together with my two wonderful colleagues at the leadership consulting boutique Leadership Expeditions). The biologist in me is always drawn to nature and feels most happy in a light-flooded forest.
