ABOUT IRFAN AHAMED KHAZILANE

As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over a decade of clinical experience and a passion for precision, I specialize in oral oncology surgery, implantology, and maxillofacial trauma. My practice is defined by clinical excellence, evidence-based protocols, and patient-centered care. I’ve completed fellowships in: Oral Oncology Surgery – Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology (RGUHS) Maxillofacial Trauma – Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics (RGUHS) Implantology – International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI, USA) Diploma in Oral Oncology Surgery – (AO CMF & International Academy of Oral Oncology) My clinical expertise spans complex oral and maxillofacial procedures, full-arch implant rehabilitations, oncologic resections with reconstruction, and trauma surgeries. I actively conduct implantology workshops for postgraduates and practicing dentists, combining evidence-based lectures with hands-on model training and live surgical demonstrations. I currently mentor an advanced implant training program in Bangalore in collaboration with Toothfluencer and J Dental Training Center, Modena, Italy, bridging global education with clinical excellence. I am honored to have received the Pierre Fauchard Academy Honorary Fellowship and was recognized as “Implantologist of the Year 2024” at the Dental Drift Conference. Based in South Bangalore, I continue to engage in academic contributions through workshops, keynotes, and peer-reviewed publications, while mentoring the next generation of oral surgeons.
