ABOUT ROLAND FEILNER
Dr. Roland Feilner (born in 1981), finished his apprenticeship as brewer and maltster. After that he studied food science technology in Weihenstephan.Furthermore he finished his industrial doctoral thesis at the T. U. of Berlin in 2013. His area of research was the reduction of unwanted flavors in wort.In 2006 he started his career at the Krones company. After steps in the project-engineering, development, as a technical specialist and head of product management/product development, he is actual the responsible for the decanter Business and the product line Processing-Units in the Krones AG. Units are frame based machines, produces beverages (blender, carbonators #ContiFlow), steralize this products with a FlashP. or an UHT (#VarioFlash #VarioAsept) & clean the systems (CIP #VarioClean). Additional to this business also the water treatment systems (#Hydronomic) and the product filtration systems (#UniPure) are in his responsible - from Quotation to Inhouse manufacturing.
