I have a strong passion for executive management education, academic planning, leadership, curriculum design and approval, as well as teaching and learning with undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students, alongside engaging in academic research and consulting. With 11 years of leadership experience and over 25 years in teaching within higher and professional education both in India and internationally, I hold a PhD in Management and am certified as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Additionally, I am a ‘Certified Management and Business Educator’ recognized by the esteemed Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) in the United Kingdom, and I also possess the distinguished Chartered Membership of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK.My primary competencies involve developing and executing quality policies and standards for academic curriculum, delivery, and assessment, aligning with both national and international accreditation bodies and awarding agencies. I have a strong background in academic course mapping with professional qualifications, managing and delivering online and distance education, as well as providing research supervision and guidance. I have authored numerous research papers published in various peer-reviewed journals by reputable publications and institutions, and I have presented at multiple international and national conferences on subjects such as human resource strategies, technology-enabled HR, HR analytics applications, employee relations, and teaching and learning in higher and professional education. My goal is to empower students, faculty, and staff to excel in academic practices and outcomes while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
