I help industrial companies and technology vendors navigate the intersection of OT cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and EU regulation. 19 years building, scaling, and securing industrial software and cybersecurity businesses — from Siemens R&D and global P&L leadership to cloud partnership strategy at AWS. At Siemens, I built the industrial cybersecurity services business with P&L responsibility, then defined the central cybersecurity strategy across all Siemens divisions — including OT security products for manufacturing and critical infrastructure. At AWS, I develop strategic go-to-market partnerships with industrial software vendors bringing OT and cloud solutions to market. Current focus: the convergence of OT security practice and EU regulation — specifically the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and NIS2, which are reshaping how industrial components are built, certified, and operated. Completing a B.Sc. in IT Security at FAU Erlangen to anchor this expertise academically.
