ABOUT HEMANJANEYULU KURUVA

I seek career opportunities in Innovation, Technology development, Process Development, Modeling, ESD Device Design, Power Semiconductor Device Design, and Yield improvement for semiconductor devices in advanced semiconductor technology nodes.I achieved a gate rank of 76 in EC 2013, securing a Microelectronics seat at IISc Bangalore. I am the only candidate to get a chance to work on the expensive and industry-standard software Sentaurus TCAD and to produce a highly reputed first-authored journal from my Master\'s degree. No one from my batch could achieve such a work/publication from the Master\'s Project. Based on these capabilities, I could convince my Supervisor to work on an experimental project involving training and utilizing expensive and industry-standard tools. The project took longer than expected due to the difficulty associated with the practical work. Such challenges have been converted to highly reputed journal publications demonstrating the issues and corresponding solutions. The same expertise helped me quickly learn and contribute heavily to my current role. Such an amalgamation of experience involving simulation, hands-on fabrication, and hands-on characterization of semiconductor devices is extremely rare in India and is almost impossible.
