   I lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Change Groups and Change College—two cornerstone programs that support spiritual formation, leadership development, and community engagement across all Change Church campuses.I oversee curriculum design, facilitator training, and discipleship pipelines that equip members to grow in faith and step into ministry leadership. From developing small group cycles to coordinating the Change College, I ensure that every experience aligns with our church’s mission to help as many people as possible, live, love, and lead like Jesus so they can change lthe world.
