I am a Doctor of physical therapy, DPT, with extensive background and experience in health and fitness, management and experience in positions as Director of rehabilitation (DOR)/clinic director roles. I have experience managing teams both small and large ranging up to 23 staff members. I have experience in many different settings including: outpatient/sports PT, skilled nursing/rehabilitation, in-patient/hospital (ARU, cardiopulmonary, ortho/ total joint replacements) home health and corporate wellness/fitness. My treatment style/philosophy encompasses a heavy emphasis on movement system impairments and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization for rehabilitation and optimizing function striving to change quality of movement and restoring proper joint arthrokinematics. I highly value clinical knowledge/education and consistently stay up to date on the most recently published literature and evidence based practice guidelines.    Clinic manager of a rehabilitation clinic Including PT, OT and SLP. While managing a full caseload I also oversee my team to ensure clinic productivity and needs are met. I am in weekly communication with the Director of strategy from Adventist Health to ensure a healthy relationship between St. Helena hospital and PTS outpatient clinic. I perform outreach programs to the local community to spread the awareness of PT services while improving patient access to care.
