I am a qualified Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and professional registration, with CORU registration (Ireland) currently in process. I am also an AIFF-licensed Sports Physiotherapist, with experience supporting football teams in competitive sporting environments.My professional experience includes sports injury assessment, on-field and acute injury management, match-day cover, and structured rehabilitation planning within fast-paced athletic settings. I have worked closely with footballers, coaches, and medical staff to deliver injury prevention strategies and implement safe, evidence-based return-to-play protocols. These roles have strengthened my ability to make clinical decisions under pressure while maintaining clear communication within multidisciplinary teams.In addition to sports physiotherapy, I have experience managing musculoskeletal, post-operative, and neurological conditions in clinical settings, focusing on functional recovery, movement optimisation, and long-term injury risk reduction. I adopt a patient-centred and performance-focused approach, tailoring rehabilitation programmes to individual goals and sporting demands.I am a professional member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) and the Kerala Association for Physiotherapists’ Co-ordination (KAPC).    From 3rd July 2025, I began working as a Sports Physiotherapist with Luca Soccer Club, a professional football club based in Malappuram, Kerala and All India football tournament competing in regional leagues and dedicated to athlete development and performance enhancement. At Luca SC, my role focuses on delivering specialised sports physiotherapy services tailored to the needs of elite and emerging football athletes — blending clinical expertise with high-performance sports care to support players throughout training and competitive seasons. Key responsibilities include: Injury Assessment & Rehabilitation• Conducting thorough musculoskeletal evaluations to diagnose sports-related injuries.• Designing and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation plans to restore function, mobility, strength and agility. Performance Optimization• Developing targeted conditioning programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance, biomechanics and on-field readiness.• Collaborating closely with coaches and strength & conditioning staff to integrate physiotherapy goals into overall training strategies. Prevention & Education• Applying injury prevention techniques such as movement analysis, dynamic warm-ups, flexibility and stability training.• Educating players on body mechanics, load management, recovery protocols and safe return-to-play principles.🤝 Team Integration• Working as part of the multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic health and performance care for all athletes.• Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention plans in response to individual recovery and performance metrics.
