This is a highly dynamic job role which has had a variety of responsibilities. The most recent responsibilities include Business Development Management. Within this role the responsibilities include largely relate to networking and spotting new directions to take the business. Within this, responsibilities also include conducting presentations and workshops, meeting with potential businesses and clients, and developing marketing resources. What\'s more, responsibilities also include advising on continuous professional development opportunities for members of staff as well as mentoring and coaching employees on degree apprenticeship programmes and work-based learning programmes. This includes conducting individual Training Needs Analysis to develop a personal training plan for each member of staff. This also included the development, organisation and delivery on content which develop essential academic and professional skills. Furthermore, this also included ensuring that monitoring took place to assure balance between the working environment and the learning of the courses. The role also includes responsibilities developing innovative learning experiences, both through the developing and sourcing high-quality content. Gap analysis is also conducted every quarter to clearly identify differences between actual and ideal performance plans to remediate these difficulties are then instated. Further responsibilities include researching to assist on private client matters on a locum basis. This role requires keen attention to detail. Furthermore, this role requires strong problem solving and creativity skills to overcome challenges.
