I lead a number of different research projects involving, structural elucidation of unknown impurities observed commercial APIs in Plant (OOS and OOT), forced degradation study, new and CIP process related impurities simplified by corresponding methodologies including MS/MS tandem mass spectrometry, HRMS, NMR and Prep HPLC isolation. In addition, Nitrosamine impurities profile identification and structural characterization by LC-HMRS/MS and GC-MS/MS method of analysis. Along with Extractable and leachable impurities identification in drug products by using LCMS/MS and GCMS/MS method of analysis.
