Served Government of Punjab for 35 years as a SR.EXECUTIVE. He has done Jyotish Praveen and Jyotish Visharda from Indian council of Astrological Science (ICAS)- Chennai University. He is now Chairman of Astro Club Patiala Chapter – (Indian Council of Astrological Science – Chennai). Made Successful prediction for Assembly election of Punjab in 2007 and 2012 with 100% accurate results on the calculation of Dasha System, transit of planets and yoga’s of leaders of parties fighting elections.
