I am a UK registered paramedic who joined the ambulance service in 2010. I work across the East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust and the University of Lincoln as a Paramedic Research Fellow and an Associate Professor in Paramedic Science.I am currently on a postdoctoral Advanced Clinical and Practitioner Academic Fellowship (ACAF) funded by Health Education England (HEE)/National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). The fellowship will run from Sept 2023 to May 2027.My research interests include the prehospital setting and the paramedic profession, with a special interest in prehospital pain management in children and young people. I completed my PhD in 2020 titled \"Pre-hospital pain management in children: A mixed methods study\". I also lead the Prehospital and Emergency Quality and Outcomes (PEQO) theme within the University of Lincoln Community and Health Research Unit (CaHRU).
