In Translational Team:1. Humoral Immunogenicity-Assay development, Method Qualification for ELISA & validation for existing, Optimizing DNA extraction processes for patient samples and performing ddPCR for trial samples and for new clinical and translational programs along with appropriate documentation (lab notebook, MDP, MDR, MTP, MTR, SEP etc).2. Execution of translational assays on translational research samples collected as part of clinical trials with documentation (Lab notebook, Technical reports etc). Data analysis and reporting for translational assays.4. Translational sample processing, storage and documentation (sample management).5. Preparation of plans and procedures for Translational research operations (SOPs etc).6. Resource management: ordering of reagents, consumables & inventory management.7. Maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments and their documentations (EOPs, IOPs etc).8. Vendor management, qualification, selection and co-ordination for translational assays.
