Independently lead, as a facilitator, a series of Texas A&M Graduate Mentoring Academy sessions per semester Co-facilitate as needed and, serve as a co-facilitator instead of lead facilitator. The Graduate Mentoring Academy (GMA) uses the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER) resources, including seven evidence-based mentorship competencies.
