Before joining Olean City School District, I served as the Deputy Superintendent of Operations and System Innovation and the Deputy Superintendent of Teaching and Learning at Rochester City School District, where I oversaw the implementation of multiple initiatives and programs that improved student outcomes, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.
