A healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in Hospital operations & Quality Management which namely include Operations, Quality Management, Accreditations ( JCI, NABH, NABL & NQas), Medical Operations, Clinician\'s Engagement and Recruitment, Medical Strategy, Budgeting, Analysis and MIS generation, Audits, Clinical Quality Indicators and Audits. Dr. Adiki is an NQas National External Assessor, NABH Assessor & certified in patient safety by Johns Hopkins University. Also skilled in healthcare schemes of India & abroad. Dr. Adiki worked for National Health Scheme (Globe med) of Qatar for more than a year. Experience in leading the successful completion of real time multiple JCI, NABH & NABL (in various stages like pre assessment, final assessment, surveillance, re accreditation and surprise audits – NABH, NABL & NABH Blood Bank, HALAL Certification & Award processing) at various hospitals. Strengths lie in formulating Quality, Process / Operational Excellence and Patient Safety measures and contribute in enhancing the Clinical Excellence through Team Building, Quality Structure in the hospitals, Clinical and Operational Excellence Scorecard, Analysis of Quality Metrics on regular basis and linkage of Operations with Quality/Accreditation norms.Dr. Adiki holds an MD HM in Hospital Management from Apollo Institute of Hospital Management, Hyderabad and an BDS from Rajiv Gandhi University Bangalore. He is a certified Internal Assessor for ISO 15189: 2007, 2012 & NABL 112. CPQIH Advanced Certified Professional for Quality Implementation in Hospitals ( Approved by NBQP and HSSC).Currently working as Group Quality Head for Wockhardt Hospitals in their corporate office reporting to the Group Clinical Director, leading the accreditation activities. He previously worked at Apollo Hospitals & Global Hospitals for more than 7 years where he played a headship role in instituting Hospital Operations & Quality systems that promoted implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives across the Hospitals. Also he has worked as Centre head for Fortis Escorts (JHRC) Heart Command Centre.
