ABOUT GANESAN M
After getting experienced in some of the well-known pharmaceutical companies in India, I ventured into my own business in 2005. I started Micro Therapeutics Research Labs P Ltd (MTR) with the aim of exploring opportunities in clinical research that were emerging in India at that time. I built MTR as one of the top 5 CROs in India by 2014 well-known for its pioneering work with female volunteers and having customers in foreign countries as well. My success with MTR encouraged me to start KMS Health in 2012 with the aim of providing affordable medicines to common men through the generic platform. I started Luminol BioPharma in 2017 with the idea of exploiting our strengths in running organizations and as a foray into Biomedicine. Throughout my career with these organizations I have treated employees well, doing all sorts of work from financial planning down to preparing SOPs, hands-on. In turn my employees have been steady and loyal to me, supporting me even when times were hard. Even today I retain my humble beginnings in the Karisalkuma village, near Madurai township in Tamil Nadu, permeating all my relationships with trust and servant leadership. My goal now is to continue building these companies to an even bigger scale so they can serve humanity to the fullest.
