SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: As Head, Human Resources, Admin and compliance, I guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services and responsible to make and implement company HR & Compliance policies as per local laws and different buyer’s code of conduct. I have sound knowledge of Labour laws factories act, contract act fire prevention & fire fighting laws, To prepare factories employees for facing different audit and compliance such as BSIC, GAP INC, H&M, LI & FUNG, AMERICAN EGLE, REBOCK, SEARS,MOTHER CARE,TRIBURG,WALMART,JASSY PENNY COC. Social / ethical/ environmental /supply chain security/QMS audit. Responsible for entire recruitment. Selection, placement, compensation, benefits, legal complaints, code of conduct, HR Admin,fire, health and safety etc. Handling disciplinary and grievance employee relation issues as per law. To monitor training, coaching, awareness on regular basis of the entire organisation The Human Resources Director originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce, which is what my Job Profile is all about. I coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; provide reports to the MD and serve on the executive management team to assist and advise. As an employee in this classification, I am responsible directly to the top management.
