   I currently, and proudly serve as Dean and Professor in the College of Business. I previously served as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Department Chairman for Business Administration and Accounting. I taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Business, Management, and Organizational Behavior at the CSU Dayton Location (James Elam Hall) and also the main campus in Wilberforce, Ohio. Courses taught include Introduction to Hospitality Management, Casino and Club Management, Hospitality Laws, Principles of Management, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Leadership (Theory and Practice), International Management, and Contemporary American Business. As a Course Designer, I have developed several courses in addition to being certified as a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer. I reviewed courses for two and four-year institutions as an External Reviewer and Subject Matter Expert.I served as an administrative fellow working in Academic Affairs. I worked on projects related to articulation, assessment, accreditation, College Credit Plus, and served as the campus Lead for Ohio Strong Start to Finish Program which focused on closing the achievement gaps for students of color. While in this capacity, I also served as the director of the CSU Honors Program as well as the interim dean in the College of Business.
