Senior manager position, currently responsible to provide technical leadership and line management for the electric drive unit system design and the cooling & lubrication system squads. The group (circa 50 engineers) I lead maintains responsibilities over: • The EDU functional integration and the attribute decomposition (electrical, mechanical, NVH, EMC, thermal) • CAE and physical validation of the system attributes & benchmarking • Writing strategic EDU paper in order to improve the EDU’s attributes reducing cost, weight and complexity • EDU requirements review and approval • EDU system development from the concept phase to start of production And has expanded to • The EDU cooling an lubrication system design and development • Cooling and lubrication components D&R
