I am a Chartered Engineer and Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor at Imperial College London, with over 15 years across automotive engineering and corporate strategy.As an Engineering Council Trustee, IET Professional Review Interviewer, and Founder of EV Medical, delivering solar-powered healthcare in rural Kenya, I work at the intersection of technical excellence, institutional leadership, and human-centred impact.I am particularly interested in how major life transitions shape the identity and progression of high-achieving women in engineering, and what the profession gains when it fully supports talent through these critical stages.
