I am a UK Civil Servant on diplomatic posting in Türkiye. I have previously completed postings to Poland and Kyrgyzstan.I have a strong professional and academic interest in innovation and emerging technologies, and hold a PhD focused on the legal dimensions of autonomous systems.I also hold an MSc with Distinction from Newcastle University’s School of Engineering and a law degree from the University of Hull.
