For most of my life, I had a strong belief that I was meant for more. The challenge was that I believed I had to earn that “more” through achievement, perfection, and constant striving.Growing up in faith shaped my values, but it also created an internal pressure to prove my worth through performance. Over time, that pressure became overwhelming, and confusion grew louder than anything else.Eventually, the striving became unsustainable. What looked like strength on the outside was actually exhaustion on the inside. Alcohol became a way to quiet the noise I didn’t know how to face.When my life reached its breaking point and my marriage collapsed, I found myself at rock bottom.Today, I share my story as a testament to redemption, resilience, and the transformative power of faith.If you believe that our stories have the power to connect, heal, and inspire change, I’d love to connect.
