I am a 20 year aerospace and defense professional with a Doctoral Degree in Engineering Management, Masters in System Engineering and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Experience includes a strong background in Research, Design and Hardware Development coupled with project management, contract initiation and negotiation, directing of activities as part of Integrated Product Team (IPT), incorporation of technical changes to meet program requirements. I enjoy being close to the hardware and seeing a project from initiation to completion, the proverbial \"cradle-to-grave\" lifecycle.I have an eye for continuous improvements in processes from the production to engineering and management floors.I am a lifelong learner, offering to share knowledge and experiences, being a mentor and also being mentored.
