As a highly motivated and dedicated professional, I showcase 10+ years of experience in counseling, treatment assessment, and care coordination, combined with an ongoing doctoral degree in Health Education and Promotion at Walden University. I am widely regarded for my propensity to perform medical assessments and coordinate treatments, as well as coordinate with multiple healthcare units and agencies. I have a history of influence and impact, advocating for patient well-being through data-driven decision-making and collaboration. In doing so, I have continually grown as a dedicated healthcare advocate and patient engagement expert with strict adherence to policies and objectives. My core body of professional specialties ranges from medical assessment, counseling, and support, to peer-review assessments, case management, and care authorization. Leveraging advanced data analysis and healthcare background, my accountabilities have required me to deploy collaborative strategies, measure results, and reorient approaches to better serve patients and the community. I have completed my doctorate in Health Education and Promotion, developing and honing fundamental expertise in evaluating individual and population health to identify health trends and deliver interventions with appropriate agencies. I balance my studies with my current positions as a Psychotherapist for Thriveworks, and a Behavior Care Advocate for United Behavior Health Care.
