Services include:• Providing ongoing strategic assistance as a member of an organization’s Board of Directors or Advisory Board.• Giving keynote and closed-group presentations on science-based Insider Risk insights and best-practice recommendations to make policies and operations more effective, efficient, and fair. • Consulting on specific in-house research, tool development, and project plans.• Acting as an independent/unbiased evaluator of the psychosocial science claims of a product or service under consideration for purchase, i.e, when an organization needs its own Social Psychology expert to help assess the validity of “sciency-sounding” vendor claims.• No-cost mentoring/coaching, and pro-bono services to qualified low-income individuals and groups, such as graduate students, educators, volunteer-based groups, and certain non-profit service organizations.PSI\'s work centers on basic and applied research related to psychosocial, behavioral, and management factors, such as security and organizational culture, overall Insider Risk program development (e.g, design and gaps), employee screening for sensitive positions, collaboration between Security and HR Depts, improving the effectiveness of first-line Supervisors and senior leaders, psychological causes of malicious and unintentional Insider Risks, continuous evaluation, tools to assess high-risk personality disorders and other topics related to security, employee engagement, and organizational success.
