With over 25 years of experience in technical and executive leadership in the pharmaceutical industry, I lead the companies\' scientific directions, product pipelines, and regulatory compliance. I have a PhD in Pharmaceutics and a strong background in business administration, which enable me to combine strategic vision, scientific expertise, and business acumen to drive innovation and quality in drug development and manufacturing. Throughout my career, I have built, mentored, and led cross-functional teams in various areas of pharmaceutical research and operations, from formulation and process development to articulating CMCs for INDs, NDAs and ANDAs and FDA and EMA audits, and quality assurance. I have also contributed to the growth and success of several fast-paced start-ups and multinational companies, delivering multiple patented technologies, enabling drug delivery systems, and globally marketed drug products. My areas of expertise also include scale up of manufacturing processes and design of containment facilities, particle engineering, nanotechnology, transdermal drug delivery, patent writing, and business development.
