Dr. Ellen G. Horovitz, ATR-BC, LCAT, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT founded the Art Therapy program at Nazareth College of Rochester and was awarded Professor Emerita in April 2017. She has had over forty years of experience with various patient populations. She is the author of numerous articles, book chapters and over 9 books. Her latest book, Head and HeArt, Yoga Therapy and Art Therapy Interventions for Mental Health is now available for pre-sale and will be out in the fall of 2020. Dr. Horovitz offers art therapy, yoga therapy, and psychotherapy in her private practice.
