ABOUT ELIZABETH SIMS-DAY

After obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Washington, I devoted 16+ years of service to my Alma mater as a professional research scientist in various fields of health science which includes experience in clinical pathology, pharmacology, medical genetics, microbiology and infectious disease before earning my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. Upon completion of over 1,020 hours of clinical training and 137 hours of hands-on precept experience, I graduated from Bastyr\'s science-based and accredited program with supervised clinical experience in Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Medicine, Botanical Medicine, Nutrition and Homeopathy.I am now thoroughly engaged genuinely practicing my passion in the healing arts as a WA State licensed Naturopathic Physician seeing patients in the office of Dr. Rhian Young at her clinic, Purity Integrative Health, located in the stunningly beautiful Mill Creek/Bothell, WA area where I utilize my unique expertise and skill set toward delivering patients a custom-crafted, highly individualized wellness plan in which we emphasize restoration, improvement and long-term maintenance of core foundations of health. I work one-on-one with each patient in order to help them thrive, flourish and evolve beyond status quo with respect to their healthcare goals through identification and elimination of obstacles to cure, correction and management of endocrine imbalances which are heavily influenced by environmental factors, and by empowering each individual with the valuable insight, resources and holistically comprehensive support that they need to absolutely reclaim and fully own their lives.
